Pieces of thoughts from Dallin's letter this week !

I got to do sealings today, it was awesome! I'm excited to get married! (But not too excited :)

You asked what my favorite foods here are:
Biscuits and Gravy - they are SO GOOD.
Fajitas - they had them for the first time the other day and it was heaven in my mouth!
Tapioca pudding - oh man, AMAZING!
"Graham Canyon" ice cream -  words cannot describe this.  So delicious!

What do you call two Mexicans playing basketball? Juan on Juan.

The MTC is going by SOOO fast! Everyday really does fly by.  All of a sudden its night time. When it's morning, it seems like it was JUST morning a few hours ago, when it's nighttime, it seems like it was barely nighttime.  When it's P-Day, it seems like P-Day was just a couple days ago!  You get the picture :)

Elder Arnett and I are zone leaders now and we had a companionship inventory (where you talk about strengths and weaknesses, things you don't like about each other, etc.). We mainly talked about how we can both start becoming who we're supposed to be.  And we made some plans with our day, kind of a different way of looking at things, studying, being leaders and we both feel VERY good about it.  I feel so excited and at peace right now, because we're doing everything the Lord wants us to, we follow all of the rules  -- and we're pretty much over the stage where you focus so much on your differences that you can't get anything done.  Our differences aren't a problem anymore.  They are SO unimportant.  It's like in the last few days it's finally completely apparent what we need to start becoming.  And today, as we planned how to use our time more effectively, and how we want to act as leaders, especially now that we are zone leaders, we were guided by Heavenly Father.  It's almost as if we've had 5 weeks of ALMOST being productive, kind of doing what we're supposed to, kind of planning right.  All of those things were ALMOST there, but Heavenly Father is now finally saying, they have worked their best, gotten over hard times, tried their hardest, so now I will help them.   And in our planning and talking to each other it was incredible and we both knew that Heavenly Father was helping us.  It was indescribable!
